Founded in 2019 by Dr. LaTwyne Wise, Wise Advantage was created to bridge the gap between traditional teacher preparation and the realities of today’s classrooms.
Dr. Wise is an education leader with over 20 years of experience in teacher development and program design. Having worked in every classroom setting from general education to the most restrictive environments for students with behavioral challenges, Dr. Wise has not only researched the unique needs of teachers but has built actionable frameworks that directly address those needs, empowering educators to succeed in diverse and demanding classrooms. She recognized that new teachers often struggle not due to a lack of investment but because they have not been equipped with the practical and adaptable approaches needed to cultivate and sustain effective learning environments.
